Email marketing is a great way to get people back to your site and also make money, there are a few things to set up before you start sending out newsletters however.

Firstly you will need to make a newsletter subscription bar; you can put this bar at the side of your site so that visitors can subscribe to your website newsletter. To make one I would recommend using Awber, you could use Aweber for WordPress but there are other options if you use the WordPress Blogging Platform. For WordPress you could use a plug-in called Newsletter, that is the one I use because I just wanted to use a simple newsletter creator however if you were to look through the plug-in list on wordpress for the term “Newsletters” then you would find other plug-in for newsletters such as ALO Easy Mail Newsletter, Newsletter Meenews or WP Autoresponder and Newsletter Plugin.

Ok now that we know how to make a newsletter subscription bar we probably want to know why would you want a newsletter? Well if people were to subscribe to your newsletter then it would be a way to pull people back to your site by giving them the latest updates. Now don’t spam them but send them a newsletter every week, every month or when there is a big update on your site, the subscribers to the newsletter could see this and comeback to your site over and over again therefore you get recurring traffic.

Lastly it is possible to make money by sending out newsletter if you have a big subscriber base, you would sell links in the sidebar or even full advertisement in the newsletter, and if you plan on selling links in your newsletter then I would recommend visiting Digitalpoint Forums as they have a great section to sell links on. So Creating a Newsletter really could benefit you as you would be able to pull users back to your website.

Backlinks are simply one of the most important factors of your site, if your site has all the SEO in the world but has no Backlinks then your site will have no Pagerank as Google takes into account how many Backlinks are pointing at your website, also you will receive less visitors because sites that give you Backlinks could refer more users to your website.

A way to build Backlinks to your website is submitting your site to directories, now this could be a long and tedious task as they often require you to fill in a lot of things and also put in a link that directs users to the directory, also they might require an email activation which could end up giving you a lot of emails and more work.

Secondly you could submit your site to a service site that says that they will automatically submit your site to other directories however this is not always guaranteed and most of the time don’t work, do not pay for these services as they might just take your money and not comply with what the service states, also its better to just do it manually and know that your site is now in that directory then take a chance.

Thirdly you could send emails to other sites in your Niche and ask for a link exchange, a link exchange is when Site A links to Site B and Site B links to Site A, it’s really simple and could help your site’s Pagerank however Google does not see link exchanges as good as single links.

Single links are when a site just links to your website, Google sees this as more important since your site must be good for a website to link to it without a link exchange. This is where guest posting helps in a big time.

Lastly you could pay for a single link to your site from another site, this would be great if you have money to spend however you could end up having to pay a lot of money every month for a high Pagerank website.

Getting banned from Google Adsense is probably one of the worst thing you can do in your entire life, OK, maybe I’m over exaggerating but it can be a serious burn if you are trying to get into the CPC advertising sector.

In my opinion, Google Adsense pays the best, and has the best statistics, also your site doesn’t have to be receiving that many visitors in order to join and that is one great thing about Google Adsense.
If of course you do not want to join the CPC sector and instead want to join the CPA sector (Click Per Admission) then that is also great.

There Are Some Tips on How to Avoid Getting Banned By Google Adsense

Don’t click your own Google Adsense ads: This is definitely the most obvious one, if you were to click your own ads, then you would be banned from any Advertising websites, so it’s one of the simplest rules.

Do not ask your friends and relatives to click on your ads: This will make Google Suspicious if they keep receiving clicks from those specific houses, it will eventually get you banned.

Do not join click exchange programs: Click Exchange programs are seriously bad; if Google were to receive many clicks simultaneously then they would want to know what’s up? And they would eventually realize that you have joined an exchange and ban you.

There are many more rules that you should follow but these are probably the most important ones, I would recommend reading the Google Adsense Terms and Conditions, so that you fully understand how to avoid getting banned.

The reason for this small post was just to say that you better not get banned from Google Adsense as that means that they no longer want to do business with you and will probably never work with you again in the Adsense area.

Niches are the category of your site, your site can have many Niches but in my opinion I think that one niche is great.

When you have one niche you can focus all your energy and resources on it, such as if you are going to be making a site on Search Engine Optimization (I do not need more competition) then you would obviously focus all your time on looking at your competition and finding out how your site could be better than theirs, also you could find keywords that would help your Search Engine Optimization website reach the first page of Google.

Secondly another reason to have a niche is so that you can submit your website to directories, most directories do not allow you to choose multiple Niches and if you choose once niche that does not fully represent your site then it might not help with your site at all.

Lastly one major reason to choose one niche is money. If you decide to join an advertising network such as Google Adsense then the network will try and give you the best related advertisements however if you have multiple Niches then the advertisement might not relate to your site as much as you could have and you could receive less clicks.

So in conclusion I’m just saying that you’re better off having a single niche as it really could benefit you.

Escrow isn’t very well known or that’s just what I think, most people know PayPal more than they know Escrow however Escrow could be better than PayPal for some services. Today I’m going to be talking about how you can use Escrow to sell your website instead of using PayPal. Now using PayPal is great but it does not offer as great protection as well as Escrow does, If you use PayPal then the buyer could easily pay using a fraudulent credit card and the money will be taken from you while they make off with your site also if they do not use a fraudulent credit card then they could easily just call their bank account and have the money retrieved, so using Escrow really could help you.

Step One: Obviously step one would be to sign up, you can go ahead and sign up here and as always remember to fill in all the information correctly and double check because Escrow only pay with Wire Transfer or cheque so you need to double check the info because if there is something wrong then you will not be able to take the money.

Step Two: After signing up the Buyer and the Seller both need to agree on the transaction created by the seller. You can create a transaction by clicking the yellow button that should be on the left sidebar when you log on it should say “Start A New Transaction” then you can sell the domain name and the content separately, please remember that there are fees for using Escrow however if you calculate into the price of the website then there will be no problems (the fees are not that high I should think).

Step Three: After agreeing, the buyer then pays Escrow and Escrow will verify the payment, therefore Escrow now have control of the money. After that the seller sends the product etc. and the buyer says that they have received it and Escrow will send the seller the money, so all’s well ends well.

What If The Seller Says That They Have Not Received The Website?

If you are able to prove that they have received the files then you will still be able to get the money which we cannot say for a certain service *Cough, Cough*Paypal*Cough Cough*so hopefully you are now able to be safe while selling a website.
